    • I want to subscribe to the BIC SHAVE CLUB, how does it work?
      To subscribe, you just need to follow the steps on bicshaveclub.com. You’ll see, it’s very simple! You can choose between two types of subscription.
      1. Standard subscriptions.
      Standard subscriptions do not have a fixed end date. And if you still think the word ‘subscription’ goes hand in hand with ‘commitment’, then rest assured: with the BIC SHAVE CLUB there’s no endless small print and you can call it a day whenever you like - in just a couple of clicks you can cancel your subscription from your account page. Once you have subscribed, you’ll receive your STARTER SET which contains a free handle and 1 blade refill a few days later (estimated delivery in 6-10 days), then every month or every other month, depending on the delivery option you chose for your BLADE REFILL PACK. You will be debited for every shipment (from £4.50 to £7 depending on the subscription you have chosen) once a month or every other month.
      2. Gift subscriptions to treat yourself or someone special.
      These gift subscriptions have a fixed duration of 6 or 12 months. You can subscribe for yourself or for someone special in the "gift subscription" section, which you’ll find in the right-hand menu of the site Bicshaveclub.com. The STARTER SET which contains a free handle + 1 blade refill will be shipped a few days after you order to the address you provided. Then the BLADE REFILL PACK will be sent to you every month until the end of the chosen subscription. The total price of the subscription - £42 for a 6-month subscription or £79 for a 12-month subscription - will be debited when your STARTER SET is shipped.

      We offer two razors, created exclusively by Bic for the BIC SHAVE CLUB:
      - #3 The Basic: A 3-blade razor, perfect for men who want a fast, effecient shave.
      - #5 Top Performer: A 5-blade razor for the discerning man looking for a closer and more precise shave.
      Whether you opt for the #3 or #5 razor, you can choose how often we send your BLADE REFILL PACK: every month or every other month.
      If you choose a standard subscription:
      - The #3 subscription is available with a trial offer of £3 and then costs £4.50/month or £5.50 every other month, with no additional charges and free delivery.
      - The #5 subscription is available with a trial offer of £3 and then costs £7/month or £7 every other month, with no additional charges and free delivery.
      Fancy trying out a subscription for a limited period of 6 or 12 months? 6 or 12-month gift subscriptions are also available for the 5-blade razor at the price of £42 for 6 months and £79 for 12 months. And of course that is the flat price, with no additional charges.
    • Can I pause my subscription for any amount of time, whenever I want?
      With just two clicks in your customer account, you can pause your subscription. You can pause for up to two billing periods during one calendar year.
    • When will my STARTER SET arrive?
      Once you have subscribed on our site, you should receive your STARTER SET within 6-10 business days.
    • When will my BLADE REFILL PACK arrive?
      Your BLADE REFILL PACK is shipped either on the 5th, or the 13th, or the 20th, or the 27th of every month (or every other month) depending on the start date for your subscription. You should receive it within 6-10 business days. We have chosen this system so you receive your BLADE REFILL PACK on a specific date.
    • When will I be invoiced/When will my card be debited?
      For open-ended subscriptions, your STARTER SET is invoiced when you purchase the subscription. Your BLADE REFILL PACK is invoiced every month or every other month (depending on the delivery frequency you choose) either on the 5th, or the 13th, or the 20th, or the 27th of the month - the date is specified at the time you place your order and in your order confirmation e-mail. For 6 or 12-month gift subscriptions, the total amount for the subscription will be invoiced when you purchase the subscription.
    • Where can I view my invoices?
      You’ll find all your invoices in your account, under "My Subscriptions", in the "Delivery Details" section. You can view and/or download your invoices in PDF format.
    • How do I change or upgrade my subscription?
      You can change or upgrade your subscription in just a few clicks from your account page, in the "My Subscriptions" section. Sign in with your e-mail address and password and click on the following links:
      - Change how often you receive your box:
      You can change from receiving your BLADE REFILL PACK monthly to receiving them every other month or the inverse, depending on whether your need more or fewer blades.
      - Pause your subscription:
      You want to temporarily pause your subscription for any reason. Pauses are limited to 2 per calendar year (meaning two, 1-month pauses for subscriptions delivered monthly or two, 2-month pauses for subscriptions delivered every other month).
      - Receive a razor and/or receive blades.
      If you have lost your razor OR you’ve run out of blades, you can order another razor or more blades.
      - Cancel my subscription:
      If you want to bid us farewell, this is the place to do it. But we’ll be so disappointed.
      - Change subscription:
      Have a #3 razor subscription but want to try the subscription for the #5, our top performer 5-blade razor? Nothing could be easier! All it takes is a few clicks. Your new STARTER SET will arrive within 6-10 business days.
    • How do I track my subscription and orders?
      Whichever subscription you have, you can track it from your account page under the "My subscriptions" or "My other purchases" tab. For any subscription, you can view the different shipments and the date of the next shipment of your BLADE REFILL PACK under the "My subscriptions" tab. If you ordered new blades or a new razor from your account, you can view its status under the "My other purchases" tab.
    • How do I order a razor or blades?
      Run out of blades? Lost your razor? No need to panic, we have the solution. You can order extra blades or a razor. To make these orders, head to your account and under the "My subscriptions" section click on the "Receive blades" or "Receive a razor" link. The corresponding product will be added to your cart and you can finalise your order with free delivery. These orders are sent by post and the usual delivery time is 6-10 business days.

    • I’ve forgotten my password
      Have you forgotten your password? No need to worry! It happens to the best of us. To reset your password, all you need to do is head to the "my account" page on bicshaveclub.com. Click on the "forgotten password" link on the top right of the menu and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email containing a link for resetting your password.
    • I want to change my personal details
      Head to the "My details" section of your account page. You can modify your personal details by clicking on the "change my details" link or change your email address, your phone number, your password, or add your date of birth.
    • I want to change my delivery/billing address
      From your account page, under "my details” in the "Delivery and billing address" section, click on the link "modify this address" or "add a new address". Going on holiday and would like to be delivered to a different address temporarily? Nothing could be easier: just click on the "Deliver to a temporary address" link and enter the new address. You can also choose how long you want your BLADE REFILL PACK sent there. One important detail: remember to update your delivery address before your shipment date. If you make the change on the planned shipment date, your BLADE REFILL PACK will already be on its way to your old address.
    • I want to receive/stop receiving BIC SHAVE CLUB newsletters by email.
      You can receive our newsletters by email, either when creating your account or by signing in to your account and heading to “My details”, followed by “How should we contact you?” You just need to tick the “I want to subscribe to the newsletter and receive BIC SHAVE CLUB deals”.
      Do you want us to stop sending you our newsletters? There are two ways to tell us to stop:
      1. Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our newsletters.
      2. From the "My details" section of your account page, click on "How should we contact you?" and untick the "Club newsletter" box.
    • I want to cancel my subscription.
      So there are no secrets between us: at BIC SHAVE CLUB, you’re free as a bird. Tell us you’ve had enough in just two clicks. How? Head to the “My subscription” section of your account page. Click on the “Cancel my subscription” link for the relevant subscription. A window will open asking you why you want to cancel: this is your chance to tell us what went wrong. Then all you need to do is click on the “unsubscribe” button. Done. Your cancellation will be effective immediately if you do it before midnight on the day before your shipment date. If you cancel on your regular shipment date, it will only be taken into account from the next shipment date.

      The blades of your #3 and #5 razor go through numerous quality control checks: tests for strength, corrosion, blade efficiency, and more. The quality control even checks them on a nanometric level, thanks to an analysis via electron microscope. We also put the STARTER SET and BLADE REFILL PACK through quality testing so we can ensure they are hard-wearing.
    • Where are our razors and blades made?
      BIC has been making razors for over 40 years. The #3 and #5 razors are available exclusively from BIC through the BIC SHAVE CLUB. The blades of your #3 or #5 razor are made in our European factories. They are subjected to numerous tests to guarantee the very best shave and maximum safety. The handles for your #3 or #5 razor are also assembled with the utmost care in our European factories.
    • What our blades are made of
      Our razors may not be cosmetic products, but we still want to give you the full story about the ingredients that make up the lubricating strip on our #3 and #5 razors. They are made from the following ingredients: PEG-115M, TOCOPHEROL, POLYSORBATE 20, ALOE BARBADENSIS, BHT.
    • How can I best use your razors?
      Follow these steps for using your razor:
      1/ Take your razor handle and the blade recharge with the protection still in place. Tip: don’t remove the protection as it will show you which way round to clip in your blade recharge.
      2/ Clip in the blade recharge, being careful to not press on the metal sphere. The little click means all has gone to plan.
      3/ Remove the protection by sliding it to the right. You’ll see, it slips right off.
      4/ Start shaving. Before you begin, take a good look at your blades: you’ll notice that they are not exactly aligned with the handle. So it’ll take a bit of effort to work out the best way to shave. It is probably different from the way you usually do it. Just make sure you don’t press too hard. And use a gel or a mousse, whichever you prefer.
      5/ Use the precision blade for the trickier parts such as under the nose or around the sideburns. You’ll find it under your razor, below the lubricated strip.
      6/ Rinse your razor in water. No need to bash it on the side of the sink, and splashing it around in tons of water won’t make it any cleaner.
      7/ Change your blades every 5 to 7 shaves. It’s not that we’re trying to encourage you to use more blades! It’s simply the best way to ensure your shave is as hygienic and comfortable as possible. You can unclip your blades by pressing gently on the metal sphere after you’ve replaced the protection.

      You can order personal care and accessory products from our site, apart from or in addition to your shaving subscription. They are sent either alone or with your STARTER SET; and you will always receive a tracking link to track the shipment of your order via your shipping confirmation e-mail.

    • Where do you deliver to?
      We only deliver to the United Kingdom (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man are excluded).
    • What are your delivery times and charges?
      The average delivery time is 6-10 business days. There are no delivery charges, everything is included in your subscription.
    • When will my next BLADE REFILL PACK arrive?
      Depending on the date you joined the BIC SHAVE CLUB, the shipment date for your BLADE REFILL PACK will either be the 5th, or 13th, or 20th, or 27th of each month (or every other month). You can find this information on your account page, under “My subscriptions”. You’ll then receive your BLADE REFILL PACK within approximately 6-10 business days.
    • My order hasn’t arrived: what should I do?
      We advise you to wait at least 10 days after your order has been shipped before contacting us, either via the contact form on our website or by phone on 02076 608 580 (Calls charged at local rates).
    • My parcel might not fit through my letterbox: what should I do?
      First of all, don't worry: our parcels are designed to fit through standard letterboxes, which is the majority of UK letterboxes. If it does happen to you: don't panic! The postman should have left you a delivery notice telling you where to collect your parcel. If you’d rather not go to the post office for your next shipment, maybe you could provide another delivery address on your account page - perhaps your work address, or a friend or family member?
    • I’m going on holiday: what should I do?
      You have two options:
      - Have your parcels sent temporarily to another address:
      Go to your account page, click on the "Delivery to a temporary address" link and enter the new address. You can also choose how long you want your BLADE REFILL PACK sent there.
      One important detail: remember to update your delivery address before your shipment date. If you make the change on the planned shipment date, your BLADE REFILL PACK will already be on its way to your old address.
      - Pause your subscription:

    • There was a mistake in the delivery address I gave or I gave the wrong address: what should I do?
      We all make mistakes! And this one is easy to put right. Go to your account page and under “my details” and "Delivery and billing address", click on the "change this address" link. An important detail: change your delivery address as soon as possible and before the shipment is sent for your next BLADE REFILL PACK. If you make the change on the planned shipment date, your BLADE REFILL KIT will already be on its way to the wrong address.

    • Which methods of payment are accepted?
      We accept payments by credit/debit card: Visa and Mastercard and by Paypal.
    • How do you ensure my payment is secure?
      BIC SHAVE CLUB payments are completely secure. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, so your bank details only appear on the Internet in encrypted form - they are coded, making them invisible.
    • When will I be invoiced/When will my card be debited?
      For open-ended subscriptions, your STARTER SET is invoiced when you take out the subscription. Your REFILL PACK is billed every month (or every other month) on either the 5th, the 13th, the 20th or the 27th of the month. For 6 or 12-month gift subscriptions, the total amount for the subscription is invoiced when you take out the subscription.
    • How do I change my bank details?
      You can update your bank details at any time from your account page, under the "My details" tab.
    • My credit/debit card is about to expire: what should I do?
      If you’re worried you’ll forget, we’ll send you some emails reminding you to update your credit/debit card as the expiry date draws near. You just need to update your bank details on your account page, under the "My details" tab.

    • How do I withdraw my order?
      You can exercise your right to withdraw within the 14 days that follow the receipt of your STARTER SET. To do this, go to your account page and click on the "return" link, taking care to select the relevant order. This will take you to the procedure to follow.
      You need to download a return form, fill it in, then send your parcel back by post, with the completed return form inside, to:

      As soon as we receive your products, we’ll reimburse you and cancel your subscription - it’s that simple!
    • I’ve received a damaged product, what should I do?
      Rest assured, it will probably never happen, as our products are made and verified with the greatest care, but... if one of your products arrives damaged, no need to send it back: we just need a photo. Send us your photo by email to customerservice@bicshaveclub.com Once your photo has been validated by our customer service, a new product will be send to you as soon as possible.
    • The product I received is different from the one I ordered, what should I do?
      If you receive a different product to the one you ordered (and we do our level best to ensure that doesn’t happen), no need to send it back to us, all we need is a photo. Send us a photo of the product by email to customerservice@bicshaveclub.com. Once your photo has been validated by our customer service, a new product will be sent to you as soon as possible..

    • How can I give a subscription as a gift?
      With BIC SHAVE CLUB, you can treat yourself or someone special to one or more #5 razor subscriptions for 6 or 12 months. All you need to do is go to the "give a subscription" section, which is in the left-hand menu on bicshaveclub.com, click on "I want to give a subscription" and follow the instructions.
